Eclipse Winnox

The Winnox is a low NOx direct fired burner designed to comply with the global emissions mandates of the 21st century, also Winnox burners are also simple to set up and operate.

Ideal for air heating and oven applications, Winnox burners incorporate direct-spark ignition and an air/gas regulator to fire efficiently over a wide gas turndown range at a controlled ratio.

Eclipse RatioAir

The RatioAir is designed for application versatility and simplicty of operation. It is a premium air heating burner ideally suited for applications that require things like: high excess air and ratio control, use of unusual fuels, and high chamber temperatures.

RatioAir burners are capable of flame speeds of up to 150 m/s. This results in improved temperature uniformity, product quality and system efficiency. A ratio regulator automatically compensates for changes in operating conditions and assures ratio controlled operation over a turndown range in excess of 50:1. A direct drive air butterfly eliminates linkages which can slip or jam during operation.

Eclipse AirHeat

Eclipse AirHeat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating volumes of clean, hot air. Applications include oven, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.

All models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the burner's steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner. The burner can also be ordered without a blower for use in recirculating air applications.

Eclipse InciniStar

In waste gas incinerators the gases, that have to be oxidized, often contain considerable concentrations of Hydro Carbons at relatively low oxygen contents. The energy of the CxHy contributes to the incineration process.

The InciniStar burner optimizes system efficiency as it takes its oxygen requirement from the waste gas that has to be incinerated. Eclipse has designed the InciniStar burner specifically for this purpose. It is an in-duct burner which can be located directly in the waste gases. The burner is also suitable for fresh air operation at elevated temperatures.

Eclipse InciniCone

Eclipse InciniCone burners are designed for fume incineration of exhaust from dryers, ovens. and similar equipment. InciniCone burners are mounted in the exhaust duct and require the exhaust stream to supply all of the oxygen needed for complete combustion.

Burners assemblies include the burner body, gas or oil gun, gas pilot with ignition plug, and peepsight. Nine sizes are available with maximum inputs from 400 kW up to 8600 kW. Gastech-Energi A/S can supply valve trains and all other components required for a complete combustion system.
